What is the difference between an 'Original' and a 'Canvas Print' or 'Art Print'?
An 'Original' is a unique, handmade work of art, while a Canvas Print or Art Print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork, printed on museum-quality canvas or paper.
Are the product colors on the website the same as in real life?
Although we try to display the colors as accurately as possible, there may be a color difference due to screen settings or lighting.
What materials are used for the products you sell?
We use high-quality materials, such as premium canvas for canvas prints and high-quality natural matte fine art paper for paper prints.
What are the different sizes of artwork available?
For reproductions, we offer a wide range of sizes, from A4 and A3 to larger sizes such as 90x120 cm. For each work, you can see the dimensions or choose the size you want to order.
Can I have the artwork framed or customized in other ways?
Yes, we offer framing options; for each work, you can choose how you want it. If it's not available for your desired work, we can likely customize it to your wishes. Please contact us for more information.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made via iDeal, PayPal, various credit cards, and Apple or Google Pay during the checkout process.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
That depends on what you ordered.
I ship Polaroid Art myself within 4 business days (unless I'm on vacation!).
Orders for Canvas and Art Prints are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination.

How can I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order via the shipping service (e.g., PostNL, UPS, FedEx).
What if my order is delayed?
If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time:
Please wait an additional 2–3 business days, as minor delays can occur.
If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Tracking link
- Customer name
Do you offer international shipping?
For reproductions (art & canvas prints), yes, to Europe and the UK.
If you would like shipping to the USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand, please contact us, and we will arrange it.
For Polaroid Art / Originals, it is not standard at the moment. If you would like this, please contact me at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com with an explanation (so I can see you're not spam 😉), and I will look into it.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Polaroid Art / Originals: yes. We process orders quickly, but if you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact me within 1 day at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com.
Canvas & Art Prints: no. Because each print is custom-made for you, cancellation, modification, or return is not possible.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Did your order arrive damaged? Please let me know within 7 days at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com and send photos of the damage. I will send a replacement product or offer another solution.
What if I am not satisfied with my product?
While I certainly want you to be happy with your order and will gladly help you if you're not, as a small business owner, I cannot simply accept all returns. Therefore, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied, and we can look for a solution together. Any return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is damaged, see above.
