What is the difference between an 'Original' and a 'Canvas Print' or 'Art Print'?
An 'Original' is a unique, handmade work of art, while a Canvas Print or Art Print is a high-quality reproduction of an original artwork, printed on museum-quality canvas or paper.

Are the colours of the product on the website the same as in real life?
Although we try to display the colours as accurately as possible, there may be a slight difference in colour due to screen settings or lighting.

What materials are used for the products you sell?
We use high-quality materials, such as premium canvas for canvas prints and high-quality natural matte fine art paper for paper prints.

What are the different sizes of the artworks available?
We offer a wide range of reproduction sizes, from A4 and A3 to larger formats like 90x120 cm. The dimensions of each work are displayed, or you can choose the size you'd like to order.

Can I have the artwork framed or modified in other ways?
Yes, we offer framing options. You can choose your desired artwork. If it's not available for your desired artwork, we can certainly customize it to your specifications. Contact us for more information.

How can I pay for my order?
Payments can be made via iDeal, PayPal, various credit cards and Apple or Google Pay during the checkout process.

How long does it take to receive my order?
That depends on what you ordered.

I ship Polaroid Art myself within 4 working days (unless I'm on holiday!).

Canvas and art print orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the shipping service (e.g., PostNL, UPS, FedEx).

What if my order is delayed?
If your order takes longer than the estimated delivery time:

Please allow another 2–3 business days , as minor delays may occur.

If it still hasn't arrived, please contact us at:

Do you offer international shipping?
For the reproductions (art & canvas prints) yes, to Europe and UK.
If you need shipping to USA, Canada, If you wish to travel to Australia or New Zealand, please contact us and we will arrange it.

It's not currently standard for Polaroid Art/Originals. If you'd like this, please contact me at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com with an explanation (so I can verify you're not spam 8-)), and I'll look into it.

Can I cancel or change my order after I placed it?
Polaroid Art/Originals: Yes. We process orders quickly, but if you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com .

Canvas & Art Prints: No. Because each print is custom-made for you, cancellations, changes, or returns are not possible.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please let me know within 7 days at info@willemijnvanpoppel.com and include photos of the damage. I will send you a replacement or offer an alternative solution.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my product?
I offer a refund within 14 days of receiving your order if you're not satisfied. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless the product is defective.

Do you also make 'Commissioned Work'?
Yes, I also create commissioned work. Please contact me with any specific requests.
